🙋‍♀️ Who I am

I'm an educator and instructional leader based in Wuhan. I've taught in secondary classrooms, led departments, and coached teachers through their first years and their fifteenth. Along the way I've designed curriculum, run professional learning, and sat in more meetings than I'd like to admit.

This site is where I keep the things I make. Everything is free, the templates, the quizzes, the writing. If something here helps you in your classroom, that's the whole point.

🎓 What I do

Classroom teaching. Designed and delivered standards-aligned lessons across various secondary courses. My focus areas are writing, historical thinking, and building classroom routines that let students do the talking.

Instructional leadership. Led professional learning communities, chaired departments, and worked alongside teachers to make curriculum decisions stick. I believe change works best when it's co-designed, not announced.
